Interview Preparation
You are being interviewed because the interviewer wants to employ someone who they feel is suitable for a position in the company. Remember, throughout the interaction which will take place during the interview, the interviewer will be enquiring about your strong and weak points, evaluating you on your qualifications, personal and technical skills and intellectual qualities. They will explore in detail to determine your attitude, capabilities, stability, motivation and maturity.

We will brief you on the format of the interview, the personality of the interviewer, company culture and will provide you with a job description, website address, directions etc. Following your interview you will be de-briefed and given client feedback.

Once an offer has been made and accepted, we will maintain regular contact with you and will provide any further support and advice you may need.
